Process for Quality Check On Returned Items:
- We will check the garment to see if it has been worn, washed or faded due to wear and tear.
- We will check the garment if it contains any stains from make-up, food items, paints, oils, smoking, etc.
- We will check the garment for cuts, for damages in prints or embroideries.
- We will check the garment for other miscellaneous damages.
- After the returned item clears all the quality check processes, a coupon code will be issued to you of the same amount. It will be valid for 1 year on our website.
